Seperable Connector Terminations

Type C Bushing Seperable Connectors – K480TB Range

The K480TB/G is intended for polymeric insulated medium voltage cables with extruded easy-strip conductive screen or bonded extruded conductive screen. It provides a separable, screened connection for medium voltage installations and is part of the EUROMOLD compact tee connector range.

Technical Characteristics:

  • EPDM construction with a conductive outer jacket for a safe-to-touch screened design
  • Type C1+C2 interface
  • Compatible with 800TR / 800TR-A test rods
  • Basic insulating plug with voltage detection point, standard from 24 kV
  • Tested for AC withstand and partial discharge before leaving the factory

Type C Bushing Piggy Back Coupling Connectors – K800PB Range 

The K800PB/G is designed for dual cable arrangements and is intended to be used with 480TB/G, 484TB/G or 489TB/G separable tee connectors. The arrangement can be extended with multiple coupling connectors, making it suitable for flexible network layouts.

The HSGK Top Hat Gland / RAE Kit is designed for remote armour earthing applications where conventional glands are not used. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use on switchgear or transformer cable boxes, it provides an effective moisture seal around the cable sheath and earth armour wires, while also extending space for termination by 150 mm. Each kit includes the key components needed for secure installation and reliable performance.
